Our Vision Care  plans have No Participation Requirements. Just two enrolled employees can constitute a group.

Our Vision Care plans Save Money for employers and employees through Section #125 Plans. The monthly member payments going through the employer can be deducted pre-tax.

Our Vision Care plans are Voluntary. Your company does not have to contribute to the monthly contribution payment. Vision Care Direct plans are membership plans not vision insurance. This keeps costs down and protects your company’s bottom line.

Discounted Group Vision Care Plan benefits are available with 2 or more employees, with additional discounts for groups of 25 – 50 employees. Vision Care Direct offers special rates for groups of 50 or more, call for details.

Group rates are based on number of eligible employees as opposed to enrolled employees – unlike other vision care group plans.

Example Vision Care Plan 1

The Complete Plan 100 – Offers a comprehensive eye exam (Including lenses and a frame allowance of $100) provided by a pre-approved fully credentialed private practice optician in the Vision Care Direct network. Your cost at time of service $15 for the exam and any difference above the frame allowance.

The Complete Plan 130 – Offers a comprehensive eye exam (Including lenses and a frame allowance of $130) provided by a pre-approved fully credentialed private practice optician in the Vision Care Direct network. Your cost at time of service $15 for the exam and any difference above the frame allowance.

The Complete Plan 160 – Offers a comprehensive eye exam (Including lenses and a frame allowance of $160) provided by a pre-approved fully credentialed private practice optician in the Vision Care Direct network. Your cost at time of service $15 for the exam and any difference above the frame allowance.

Materials Only – An allowance of $100 – $130 or $160 towards the purchase of eyeglasses or contact lenses.

Exam Only – Your cost for a necessary yearly comprehensive eye exam with a  pre-approved fully credentialed private practice optician in the Vision Care Direct network -  only $15

RX Sunwear – Prescription Sunwear Coverage.

Our Vision Care plans offer Flexibility. The employer can offer a wide range of plans at once enabling the employee to choose the right plan for his or her family. Eyecare Benefits plans complement major medical plans and can be offered to employees even if they are not covered under medical or other plans.

The Plan provides vision services and materials at highly trained, fully equipped credentialed medical eye care professionals who own and operate an optical dispensary.

Many private practice eye doctors within each state qualify for participation by maintaining high standards of care. Your employees and their families have freedom of choice among quality doctors.
